How to find your Sensi Thermostat model number

If you need to find the model number for your Sensi thermostat, follow the steps below:

• Grab the thermostat with both hands.
• Pull the thermostat cover straight towards you. With a good tug, the cover will pop off the sub-base, which is screwed into your wall.
• Flip the thermostat cover over.
• There will be a sticker on the back with the model number (see the photos below)
  • You will find this information on all models of Sensi.

You’ll also find your thermostat’s unique MAC ID, which can be used if you’re submitting the thermostat for a rebate to an energy provider. You can also find the Sensi Security Code, which you may need for Wi-Fi setup (depending on your model) or to transfer registration to your Sensi account if Sensi is already registered to someone else.
